Optimisation of stormwater purification in progressive freeze concentration: Stirring speed and initial concentration

A method has been earnestly studied which is progressive freeze concentration (PFC). In this study, zinc chloride dissolved in distilled water used to signify stormwater as its amount the highest and high toxicity actual stormwater. Response surface methodology (RSM) was employed determine optimum condition of process. The experiment run by using data generated from STATISTICA software with constant coolant temperature rotation time at −8 °C 15 minutes. interaction between process conditions gave significant effects effective partition (K) solute recovery (Y). predicted for system within experimental ranges would be a stirring speed 245 rpm initial 6.846 mg/L best value K Y are 0.3357 0.5856, respectively. Shortage clean supply, flooding excessive runoff became concern towards human being these problems cannot simply solved building specific pipeline system. Thus, an excellent approach needed manage purify well transform it one resources.
